Brief Introduction

LZ106X Electric Remote Control Floating Ball Valve is waterpower automatic control valve, composed of main valve, needle adjust valve, ball valve, electric float ball switch, float ball valve, AC220V/DC24V normally open solenoid valve, tube system.

This valve is mainly used water tank/ water tower automatic water supply system of  industrial and mining enterprises and civil building, and also can be used as control valve for normal pressure boiler circulating water. This valve is based on the float remote control valve, and added normally open solenoid valve, electric float ball switch, plays roles of double insurance.

Under normal operating conditions, AC220V normally open solenoid valve is turned off, only the float valve controls the water level. When the tank or water tower water level drops below set level, this valve automatically open under the effect of medium pressure, started to supply water to pool or water towers. When water level reaches set level, this valve will automatically close under the effect of medium pressure, to cut off water source and keep water tank or pool pondage. If float ball valve failed working, water level is 10cm higher than regular water level, electric float switch works, solenoid valve will be closed, to cut off control pipe, main valve closes slowly, to control water level.
