Description
Summary
CARX Combined exhaust valve body is barrel-shaped, valve inside parts includes stainless steel float ball, lever and disc. This product is used at highest point of pipeline or a closed place, remove the air inside pipe to dredge the pipeline, to improve the efficiency of pipelines and pumps, to achieve normal work. If the exhaust valve is not installed, the tube flow of liquid heat generated air, which forms a short circuit, so that the pipe water capacity will be less than requirements, and also when power failure or pump stopped, there will be negative pressure in pipeline, Will cause the pipeline vibration or rupture, exhaust valve can suck air into the pipe quickly, to prevent pipe vibration or rupture.
When water begins to flow into pipe, the disc will be in the open position, a large amount of air will be discharged, when the air discharge finished, the valve is filled with water, float ball will rise and close the disc, air discharging will be stopped, when the pipe is transferring water, If a small amount of air gathered in the valve to a considerable extent, the valve water level drops, and then the air will be discharged via the holes. When the pump stops, the water in tube is empty or air in case of negative pressure, then plug head will open quickly, to suck air, to ensure pipeline safety.
